I build small, engaging apps that nudge self-awareness.
About Me
I'm a multimediedesigner living in Odense. I like turning behavioral psychology into simple, respectful app mechanics that help people feel a little more in control of their day.
What Sparked My Curiosity
In 2019, I spent four hours with an online tool writing about my goals, put it aside and forgot all about it.
Nine months later, finding myself in the same directionless abyss, I rediscovered my writing. I had accomplished every single goal, down to the last detail. Without tracking. Without apps. Without even remembering what I'd written.
That's when I understood something: the act of self-authorship is incredibly powerful. The problem is, it's not very engaging to sit and write for hours on end.
After studying the science and testing many apps, I believe we can borrow the engaging mechanics and point them at personal reflection instead.
